I’m a licensed therapist based in Asheville, NC, specializing in ADHD-affirming therapy for individuals and couples. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and deeply respectful of the ways our minds and relationships work—especially when they don’t fit neatly into mainstream expectations.

Whether you're navigating burnout, disconnection, masking, or the daily challenges of neurodivergent life, therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about making space for you—your clarity, your overwhelm, your stuck places and your brilliance.

Hi, I’m Kim.

My Approach

I draw from advanced training in the Gottman Method, the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), as well as narrative and strengths-based models. I’m also deeply informed by trauma theory, nervous system science, and my own lived experience with neurodivergence.

I believe that real healing happens in relationships—starting with the one you build in therapy. That’s why I focus on creating a space where curiosity is welcome, pacing is flexible, and your inner world is met with compassion, not correction.

A Bit More About Me

I’m a parent, a deep listener, and someone who understands how challenging (and hopeful) this work can be. I’m also a naturally curious person, and I see ongoing learning as part of showing up fully for my clients. I’ve pursued advanced training:

Gottman Method (Level 2), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT externship), the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy (yearlong training), Narrative Therapy, trauma treatment (CCTP-2 with Janina Fisher), neurodiversity-affirming care, sex therapy in neurodiverse relationships (RLT and CI), and Interpersonal Neurobiology (Dan Siegel).

If what you’ve read resonates and you think we might be a good fit, I’d be honored to support you. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating disconnection, or simply ready to try something different, therapy can offer the clarity, connection, and direction you’ve been looking for.
